A positive balance was received on Sunday the 22 November, when the Du und Deine Welt at the Hamburg Messe ended after nine days. Around 100,000 visitors came to the major consumer exhibition and saw the diverse range from 600 exhibitors from 25 nations, got information and went shopping for christmas. In particular, the great specials „Winterzauber im Scherenschnittdorf" and „Verzauberter Märchenwald" proved a crowd-puller.
The Honorary Sponsors of the fair was the Landesfrauenrat Hamburg e.V, which represents approximately 300 000 Hamburgers and thus the largest women's lobby in Hamburg. These women engage in various social women's organizations and have the common goal of the enforcement of equality between men and women in all spheres of life.
The 76 m² stand of the association was to be found in Hall B5. As in past years MEISSNER EXPO has planned and constructed the booth.
